Corporation Sole: Difference between revisions

Jesus was the highest son of David and the rightful king of Judea which was the remnant of the kingdom of David past down from generation to generation. He was also the high priest according to the order of Melchisidec.

He claimed all spiritual and civil power <exousia> of that government.^[1]

He had predicted he would take the kingdom from those who claimed it at that time and give it to another.^[2]

Did Jesus pass down his kingdom to a sole individual?

He said he would appoint the kingdom to a little flock.^[3] A little flock is not a sole individual.

Then he did exactly that^[4] giving specific instructions about being a Benefactor of the people without exercising authority over them but serving Him as their King, the Christ by serving the people. This is what has been called the Church or the Body of Christ.

If a corporation is two or more people gathered together as if they were one person for a particular purpose under a preexisting authority. The first corporation was Adam and Eve. There are many types but they can at least be divided into corporations aggregate and corporations sole.

Adam and Eve and their children and their children's children and any domestic servants and other members of their household could be called a corporation aggregate with Adam as the head in accompaniment with his Wife as one person. All would be under the head of the Family of Adam and his Wife.

When Adam and Eve died their corporation would end if they had no heirs to take the position of head of the Family. When their son Seth received his inheritance he became part of the first corporation sole. He was a corporation sole with the aggregate of people in a lineal succession rather than an aggregate in one moment in time. Kings form such aggregates of succession.

In God's kingdom each elder Father within a Family is to be the corporate head of the Family under God the Father. Cain went out of the presence of God the Father and he began a family of men that was secondary to that original estate. It was similar but lacking certain characteristics of the Father who was in Heaven. Cain created a city or civil state where the head of that state took on the role of the Father of the members of that state, the Parentes Loci.

From that position of Patronus, Our Father, he was able to demand the patrimonial rights of a Father. He demanded honor and tribute and of course parens patriea, Obey the Father. All corporate States are dependent in some degree on the law of the Father in one form or another. We who seek the kingdom would not be wise to use the terms “corporation” or “corporation sole” to describe this most ancient of relationships because those are terms used by the civil or city states of Cain which went out of the presence of the LORD and which are corporation but are under a different preexisting authority which is not that of the Original Father. The only corporation sole that one should belong to is called a Family and Specifically the Family of Adam. Only the Pater Familias is sui juris within the Family of God or Adam. This position within the Family of Man gives some protection and coverture within that Family for its domestic members.

The world also uses the word family which is really a creation within the corporation of the State. It is created by permission of the State amongst the children of the corporate state, e.g. Birth registration, application for benefits and marriage licenses, etc..

It is very important to make a particular effort to draw a distinctive line between the appearance of a legal family of the state and the Holy Families of God the Father and His Kingdom which is at hand. If you do not the state may assume a jurisdiction as if it was the originating authority of the domestic relationship called Husband and Wife. Since God's ministers of the kingdom, the called out, are to deliver everyman to his Family and to his possessions they need to assume a particular status or standing in order to bear witness to the authenticity of the Family of Man. They must become a part of the corporation appointed by Christ. Again we should not use the word corporation but words like the Church or the Corpus or Body of Christ or in the case of corporation soles we must like the Family talk of Orders of the Church.

Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the Body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, [even] to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. Ro 7:4

Those individuals who become members of that whole body, called the Church, to serve Christ's purposes, propagate his doctrines must comply with his commands which are prescribed and directed by Christ. Within Orders they are brothers of adoptive Families with a mission and purpose directed by Christ. They were called bondservants. They literally had no personal standing but were servants of Christ in one accord as the Levites were servants of God belonging to Him and not freemen.

And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn that openeth the matrix among the children of Israel: therefore the Levites shall be mine; Nu 3:12

The use of the term Corporation soles to establish ministries is very dangerous and do not really match up with the ministries appointed by Christ. Most of what I have seen produce over the last decade are a fraud and will incur the wrath of the modern corporate States in which they are formed.

For centuries the state has taken a dim view of anyone who decides to alienate the assets of their corporate structure simply by creating a corporation, sole or aggregate, ecclesiastical or temporal. This is what almost everyone is trying to do with numerous entities created in a variety of ways.

This is a “dead” issue well established with only one viable alternative which is to seek the kingdom of Heaven.

The issue is dead because the hand they are playing is dead and has been since the Statute of Uses and the Statute of Mortmain.

MORTMAIN is also defined as:

"An unlawful alienation of lands, or tenements to any corporation, sole or aggregate, ecclesiastical or temporal. These purchases having been chiefly made by religious houses, in consequence of which lands became perpetually inherent in one dead hand, this has occasioned the general appellation of mortmain to be applied to such alienations."

"Mortmain is also employed to designate all prohibitory laws, which limit, restrain, or annul gifts, grants, or devises of lands and other corporeal hereditaments to charitable uses."

According to the Catholic Encyclopedia the word Mortmain is from the French morte meyn meaning a dead-hand or "such a state of possession of land as makes it inalienable" It is "the possession of land or tenements by any corporation"[1] or "where the use came ad manum mortuam, which was when it came to some corporation"[2]

Once any part of the Body of Christ is incorporated under any other incorporation authority other than by Christ then its incorporation as the Body of Christ is as if it never happened. As an example I offer 805 ILCS 110/44:

Sec. 44. "Any congregation, church or society, heretofore incorporated under the provisions of any law for the incorporation of religious societies, may become incorporated under the provisions of this act, relative to religious societies, in the same manner as if it had not previously been incorporated..."

The ordained Ministers of the Church must remain separate from the World.

The people are free to choose, to give and forgive, to bless in hopes of being blessed. They ma gather together to attend to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactors but who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.

"Follow me!" —Jesus the Christ.

One of the most important things to do is to become involved in a network of Charitable Practices. Everyone should want to join a Living Network of Love and Charity.

Although the precepts of a corporation are found in the kingdom and the Church those terms are very dangerous to be used to describe such relationships under God. It is far better to use terms and means that express your desire to be under God the Father in his kingdom. Certification of Birth should be done by the Church or through your local congregation. This certification is to establish that you are a child “of” your Natural Parents and not a child “of” the world of the state in which you live. Also, marriage licenses and certificates should be testimonies of the same truth, you belong to your family within the Family of God. And finally the benefits you receive should come through faith, hope and charity and not the result of forced contributions.
