''Spiritual Economics'' by Eric Butterworth like ''Sacred Economics'' by Charles Eisenstein are books that talk about changing your thinking to produce a more prosperous life or world. And if you buy their books along with Catherine Ponder's ''The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity'' they will all become more prosperous.

You will only prosper if you understand the true ''mysteries of life'' in this universe. While you may find clues to the ''mysteries'' of a ''prosperous'' life in their books you will not understand those mysteries unless you are willing to see and know the whole truth and provide for it.

Our problem with understanding those mysteries usually arises when we must include ourselves in our study of or search for the truth. While we are often willing to know the truth about other people and the economic systems they establish for themselves, both past and present, we are seldom willing to know the whole truth about ourselves and our own relationships within those economic paradigms.

One does not need to use the ancient Vedas to find this message. The truth transcends ancient and modern religious terms. Both Old and New Testaments said "Love thy neighbor".<Ref>Leviticus 19:18  Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.
: Zechariah 8:17  And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.
: Matthew 5:43  Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
: Matthew 19:19  Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
: Matthew 22:39  And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
: Mark 12:31  And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
: Mark 12:33  And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
: Luke 10:27  And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
: Romans 13:9  For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
: Romans 13:10  Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
Galatians 5:14  For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
: James 2:8  If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:</Ref> This has been the theme of the prophets of God from the beginning. One does not need to become a Hindu or Buddhist, Jew or Muslim or even become a Christian who merely proclaims that they believe in Christ. No matter what religious demeanor or robe you put on yourself and your mind if you will not see the truth about whether you are actually loving or not loving your neighbor with your life practices then no study of spiritual economics will lead you to prosperity.

If all the Hindu, Buddhist, Jew, Muslim or even just those claiming to be Christians were actually loving their neighbor as themselves in spirit and truth there would be no problem with the world economy and we would truly live in the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.

But the truth is that most religionists do not practice what their prophets preached but instead use their religion to cloak their works of iniquity. The truth is when we say Spiritual Economics we must qualify what spirit we are following and then determine if it is truly the spirit we are seeking.

This process often begins with ''coinage'' which is the labeling of a substance with a value rather than a mere weight. This is often done where the kings coins are used for taxes but then may progress to a point where the value of fifteen ounces of silver are labeled as one ounce of gold.<Ref>In 1792, the gold/silver price ratio was fixed by law in the United States at 15:1, which meant that one troy ounce of gold was worth 15 troy ounces of silver; a ratio of 15. This artificial imposition of value is a centralization of power, the power to choose. Prosperous Gurus

Spiritual Economics by Eric Butterworth or Sacred Economics by Charles Eisenstein are both books that talk about changing your thinking to produce a more prosperous life or world. And if you buy their books along with Catherine Ponder's The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity or Amit Goswami's Quantum Activism Can Save Civilization: A Few People Can Change Human Evolutions they will all become more prosperous.

But the truth is you will only prosper as an individual or as a community if you understand the true mysteries of life in this universe. While you may find clues to the mysteries of a prosperous life in these books neither you nor the authors will understand those mysteries unless people as individuals are willing to see and know the whole truth and provide for it not only about economics but about themselves.

These gurus often have a narrow and incomplete view of man in history that fits their paradigm of an evolving mankind with themselves at the top of rung of that ladder of achievement. Goswami writes in his Quantum Activism Can Save Civilization about the Native American having so much subtle wealth "that nobody even cared to own material wealth. They created material wealth in the same way as subtle wealth. globally collectively. And like their subtle wealth their material wealth was also practically unlimited since they used renewable resources."

The truth is many native Americans did not accumulate wealth individually because they had little or no means by which to protect it. When they were off hunting anyone could come and take what they attempted to store up. Their tribes constantly were warring over hunting grounds and while they had learned some arts of cultivation in many places they practiced slash and burn policies after using up the soil in a particular area.

Game was plentiful when the Pilgrims arrived because large sections of the population had recently died off in plagues that swept through their villages. They were willing to befriend these strangers and pilgrims and their guns because they were always in fear of larger tribes conquering them in their weakened state.

The leaders of these tribes could often exercise life and death power over the people because of their political support and accumulated great wealth in that process. Powhatan wielded such power and was one of the wealthiest men in the colonies.

Virtue and nobility is not exclusive to any race or nation and vice and corruption is not determined solely by our parentage. Each of us have a spiritual choice to draw near to the ways of righteousness or reach elsewhere for our turn from virtue to darker ways of society.

The problem with mankind understanding these economic mysteries of the universe usually arises when we are required by the law of nature to include ourselves in our study of or search for the truth.

While we are often willing to know the truth about other people and the economic systems they establish for themselves, both past and present, we are seldom willing to know the whole truth about ourselves and our own relationships within those economic paradigms.

To put it bluntly, "There's the rub."

Mary Elizabeth: Croft also mentions "Spiritual Economics" in her book How I Clobbered Every Bureaucratic Cash Confiscation Agency Known to Man. In her book she quoted Sogyal Rinpoche, a Tibetan Dzogchen lama of the Nyingma tradition, author of The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying and Dresden James, British television writer and novelist who said, "When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic."

“Spiritual Economics” is also spoken of as a spiritual science by Dhanesvara Das also known as Don Rousse, a social healer, social economist, spiritual teacher, speaker, and monk. He uses the religious terms of the ancient Vedas to explain what he calls "vulture capitalism" and exploitation in this world.

He does say that "Life's real pleasure is giving and not getting" but that may not be true for if you are getting in order to establish a greater opportunity to give then both getting and giving pursuits may magnify pleasure as essential elements of life itself.

Don goes onto say that "our present economic structure has made this natural pleasure so difficult to perform that we see ourselves developing into selfish people." But the truth is the willingness to give is available in every system even if we are not willing to see ourselves as becoming a selfish people.

Don wrote in his blog of December 2012 "Spiritual Economics Means Living a Life of Love" but under that title they wrote "Spiritual Economics promotes a gift-economy based on devotional service. A wonderful way to live a life of love. People everywhere are beginning to get the idea and practice it in small ways, even if not their entire lives, and we can too!"[1]

One does not need to use the ancient Vedas to find this message. The truth transcends ancient and modern religious terms. Both Old and New Testaments said "Love thy neighbor".[1] This has been the theme of the prophets of God from the beginning.

Selfish Economics

The real problem is often neither we nor these economic gurus can see the whole truth because we do not want to see the whole truth about ourselves. Since the day were were cast out of the garden containing the tree of life we have been hiding from the naked truth of our own selfish ambitions.

Say someone gives five thousand dollars of their earnings to charity but sends their children to public schools. The average cost per student is $10,615 per student. A family with three or four children in school may be costing their neighbor tens of thousands of dollars producing a negative out flow of true charity.

There are no free systems of education. They all cost money. The way in which a society chooses to finance the education of their community is not related to the type of money they use but their willingness to justify forcing their neighbor to pay for what they want.

The economic system is not the cause of a selfish heart of the people but rather the system is caused or the result of their selfishness. The failure of systems of economics and the systems that tend to fail are the result of a unwillingness of the people to see the truth about themselves. The lack of humility mixed with a desire to prosper or be pleasured at the expense of others is a spiritually bankrupt people and the economic bankruptcy of their economic system is merely a result or symptom of that spiritual bankruptcy.

Christ, John the Baptist, Paul, Peter and many others also promoted the spiritual value and pleasure of giving charity but even giving up our very life for one another as the key to abundance.[2]

In fact it was the jealousy and greed of the systems of Corban established by Herod and Rome that brought Christians in conflict.

When John the Baptist was asked to describe the economic form of the kingdom and how it worked he told people to share what they had.[3]

The key element in John and Jesus' Kingdom of God was charity. Governments will also give you clothing, food, education, health care etc. but none of those benefits are the result of charity. They are the result of force or men pressing you by force to give. This was the big difference between the Baptism of John and the Baptism offered by Herod and the Pharisees at that time and was at the core of the Christian conflict with Rome.

It is also the major distinction between those whose faith is acceptable to Christ and those He shuns or even casts out as Workers of Iniquity.

History of selfish money

Writing about the history of money requires us to have a firm grasp of the nature of mankind which again includes ourselves. Charles Eisenstein believes that there were ancient gift economies which eventually morphed, if not evolved, into modern capitalism, suggesting that the money system has contributed to alienation, competition, and scarcity destroying communities and somehow created a need for endless growth.

Suggesting an eventual collapse he imagines an opportunity to transition to a more connected, ecological, and sustainable way of being using phrases like negative-interest currencies, local currencies are still talking about currencies as a form of money. While "All money is a matter of belief." as stated by Adam Smith all belief is not the same because what the individual believes is heavily dependent upon his willingness to see the truth about himself.

We Like to imagine that we are not selfish and are often more than willing to turn a blind eye to our willingness to covet our neighbors sweat and blood for our own benefits. The rulers who covet power who are good and covering up the covetous nature of their political schemes of welfare often accumulate more and more power to the destruction of liberty.

Philosophers and historians like Polybius, Plutarch have written of this process for centuries. The Bible is wrought with these warnings and even Jesus told us not to be like the Benefactors who exercise authority one over the other but that is exactly what democracies are designed to do.

The type of money a nation is drawn to is the result of spiritual choices and denial but certain types of money will lend themselves to putting people on the fast track of corrupting the next generation if not cursing them all together.

The attempt to standardize money has moved society from a commodity based money based on weights and measures[4] to a coined money based on the opinion of man in the form of a directive.

This process often begins with coinage which is the labeling of a substance with a value rather than a mere weight. This is often done where the kings coins are used for taxes but then may progress to a point where the value of fifteen ounces of silver are labeled as one ounce of gold.[5]

This artificial imposition of value is a centralization of power, the power to choose. While wealth is often accumulated, at first through the hard work and thrift of some power is accumulated through the sloth of a many. But that process can be reversed if the many will come together bound by love and charity to serve one another voluntarily rather than be served or protected by a Common Purse and the men of force.

As history continues with men desiring more than they have produced the idea of payment in the future for what we enjoy today began to create other forms of currency such as notes. This idea of obtaining a benefit to day for work produced tomorrow is a evidence of a spiritual choice[6] that moves the individual away from the mysteries of life in this universe and clouds our thinking.

There is something worse than borrowing against tomorrow to obtain a rest or advantage today. That is profiting from the foolishness or mere need of others to borrow. [7]. The only reversal of such greedy profit is to forgive debt.[8]

But Christ was a capitalist not a socialist because God himself was a Capitaolist

The key to Spiritual Economics is forgiveness and giving according to the name of Christ, the character of Jesus and the Father of creation.

This is what we as a nation or people have done:

"Have ye not cast out the priests of the LORD, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and have made you priests after the manner of the nations of [other] lands? so that whosoever cometh to consecrate himself with a young bullock and seven rams, [the same] may be a priest of [them that are] no gods." 2 Chronicles 13:9 see context of chapter 13.

This is what we should do:

"But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:" Romans 16:26

But no one seems to know what that obedience of faith looks like.

Partly because they do not know the meaning of Pure Religion.

Your priests, those men who serve the needs of your community and rightly divide the bread from house to house, should be men of service and sacrifice not force and violence like the priests of the government of the World.

The different types of welfare in the early days of Christianity set the scene for the Christian conflict

When we have a network of people that are taking care of one another social capital will grow. Sacrificing on the Altars of living Stones through a Corban that makes the word of God to effect and making the sacrifice of the Red Heifer in pure Religion instead of Public religion by taking care of our neighbor's true needs then we will balance the account according to the ways and by the grace of Christ and set nations free.

People may become ministers by the testimony of the people who form a Sacred Purpose trust http://www.hisholychurch.org/study/trusts/index.php

Or they may also apply for admission to an order of the Church to become living stones. http://www.hisholychurch.org/ministries/church/orders/index.php

Israel and the early Church along with Abraham and John the Baptist all tended to the Weightier matters by tithing to their ministers according to their service with Freewill offerings.

If people do seek and strive to take back their responsibility to be the benefactors of one another in the obedience of faith by tending to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactors but who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.

"Follow me!" —Jesus the Christ.

If people will not care about justice and mercy for others as much as they desire it for themselves then they are not responsible enough to form a jury.

If we understood the true role and methods of government and how welfare types alter society we would understand faith and the ways of our Father in heaven rather than the fathers of the earth.

In a “Kingdom” style trial there is voir dire where jurors are chosen of our peers. But if the accused chooses not to agree to the terms of the trial then they may be accounted already outside the community by choice.

But if they just fear an unfair bias from the community they may appeal to "the cities of refuge" as a sort of appellate court.

Those judges are not professional judges but men who are the best servants of servants of a community bound by charity and hope instead of force and power. Their law is the law of love and liberty.

There are lots of disputes. Some maybe civil or some may be criminal. Court is about making a record of justice and mercy or the lack of it.

Those who will not attend to justice and mercy are the outlaws, "outside the community by choice"

This is an outlaw from the community and yes 1 Corinthians 5:9 :"I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators: 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person."

The "fornicators of this world" are those having relationships with the constitutional orders of the world

The courts are not there to punish the wicked but to provide justice and mercy. If you send people out of our company the "world" will punish the wicked.

But we must first Repent

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Mark 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
