Inherent rights may still be called “civil rights” in reference to those fundamental, inalienable or natural rights. Inherent rights in the people as individual rights may become connected to government by contract or remain connected by natural relationships not connected to the administration of government.

Civil Rights connected to government? Pure Republics dependent on faith, hope and charity compared to the governments of Cain, Nimrod, Pharaoh, Saul, Caesar and others., SSSeries 2-10 5:00

“Civil rights are such as belong to every citizen of the state or country, or, in a wider sense to all its inhabitants, and are not connected with the organization or the administration of government. They include the rights of property, marriage, protection by laws, freedom of contract, trial by jury, etc…" but legal civil rights are "otherwise defined, civil rights are rights appertaining to a person in virtue of his citizenship in a state or community. Rights capable of being enforced or redressed in civil action. Also a term applied to certain rights secured to citizens of the United States by the thirteenth and fourteenth amendments to the constitution, and by various acts of congress made in pursuance thereof.”[1]

In this simple legal definition, there is divine right not connected to the organization or administration of civil government and legally bound civil rights that are subject to the state and the ruling power of its law makers and judges many such as Cain, Nimrod, Egypt, and Rome.

So, again inherent rights were also originally the source of “civil rights” in reference to that fundamental, inalienable or natural rights before the individual if still free begins to enter into social compacts.

The original and natural rights speak of man in the original natural state of liberty or what has been called the dominion or kingdom of God. Inherent rights in the people as individual rights may become connected to the administration of government by contract.

The people were bought with a price but they have again become entangled in the elements of bondage and become Merchandise of the world.

Maintaining rights as inherent rather than mere government privileges requires virtue in the individual exercised collectively as a society by tending diligently to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactorsbut who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.

Understanding the individual decline of rights through socialism is essentials to seeking that free dominion under God.

The power or power of choice some times called liberty may only remain in the hands of the people when they tend to and protect the inherent civil rights of their neighbor with as much diligence and enthusiasm as they would protect their own rights.

Those rights are connected to the responsibilities of society and teachers, historians and philosophers have warned and instructed us for centuries that there can be no freedom without sacrifice and virtue.
