US Code 42-Section 666[1] requires Social Security Number to obtain almost any government documentation or ID or license according to:

Section 666

  • Title 42 USC § 666 - Requirement of statutorily prescribed procedures ... (13) Recording of social security numbers in certain family matters.— Procedures requiring that the social security number of—
    • (A) any applicant for a professional license[2], driver’s license[3], occupational license[4], recreational license[5], or marriage license be recorded on the application;
    • (B) any individual who is subject to a divorce decree, support order, or paternity determination or acknowledgment be placed in the records relating to the matter; ...

"If government policy requires a numerical identifier to get a job, a bank account, credit, business license, marriage license, and even a drivers license (or the individual is excluded from that market place), then such exclusion by the political benefactors and commercial world might make survival difficult or even impossible in a time of deficiencies, deficits and deprivation. "In Flemming v. Nestor, decided in 1960, the Supreme Court ruled that Social Security is an umbrella term for two schemes that are legally unrelated. One is a taxation scheme, the other a welfare scheme. Workers and their families have no legal claim on the tax payments that they make into the U.S. Treasury or that are made on their behalf. Those funds are gone, commingled with the general assets of the U.S. government. This decision rested on a previous case, Helvering v. Davis, in which the Court ruled that Social Security was not an insurance program."[6]

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, a.k.a. Public Law 104-191 - 104th Congress, An Act, begins, “To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to improve portability and continuity of health insurance coverage in the group and individual markets, to combat waste, fraud, and abuse in health insurance and health care delivery, to promote the use of medical savings accounts, to improve access to long-term care services and coverage, to simplify the administration of health insurance, and for other purposes. (NOTE: Aug. 21, 1996 - (H.R. 3103))” So, what do they mean “other purposes”?

Way down at the bottom of this book-sized bill, we find section 511 through 513, which provides for the forfeiture of property of anyone who loses his/her United States Citizenship (within the meaning of Section 877 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986). “nonresident aliens individuals.”

Also, Section 403 of H.R. 3103 will amend Title 42 US. Code, Section 405c(2)c(i) by changing the word “MAY” to the word “SHALL”, which will require a SSN on all state or county (a political subdivision) documents. This will, in effect, nullify the Privacy Act of 1971, as the local governments bow down to federal funding. H.R. 3130 also establishes a national “instant check” employee/employer database system. Employment is a privilege/benefit. No number, no work. Also, county deeds, courts agencies, as well as state licenses, permits, and documents will no longer be available without the card in your hand, or the number in your head, for computer verification.

The Welfare Reform Act

The list goes on and on: The Welfare Reform Act of 1996, The Balanced Budget Act of 1997, and ‘‘Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996’’,[7] additionally, a sister law, Public Law 104-208, and Public Law: 105-33 all contain information for associating the Social Security Number with a National ID card.

“Title 42 U.S.C. § 666(a) In order to satisfy section 654(20)(A) of this title, each State must have in effect laws requiring the use of the following…” “(13) Procedures requiring that the social security number of - (A) any applicant for a professional license, driver’s license, occupational license, or marriage license be recorded on the application…” etc., etc., etc…”

You have a Legal title or entitlement to work and the equitable title, or true and lawful owner of your labor, belongs to another. You are converted into a trust, the unrighteous mammon. The trust, in turn, holds that ownership of your labor as a surety for the debts of the trust. You, with your sweat, labor, and blood, is incorporated as a human resource in a system of mutual entitlements under benefactors who exercise authority one over the other. [8]

It is clear that that number is the physical Mark of the Beast and it is also clear if you study carefully you will see you are not condemned to hell if you have one. We will face the same Christian conflict the early Church faced when their private religion was outlawed. First, we have to learn what Pure Religion really means and get back to the righteousness of a daily sacrifice and a Daily ministration instead of depending on the Corban of the World.

Excuses

One of the excuses that Social Security Number is not the Mark of the Beast is people think the number is not world wide. Since the 1970's "the United States has established a network of bilateral Social Security agreements that coordinate the U.S. Social Security program with the comparable programs of other countries.... [These] International Social Security agreements [are] often called "Totalization agreements".[11] Your number is linked to similar systems in over a hundred and seventy different countries by treaties and statutes signed by the men who "call themselves Benefactors" of the people but "exercise authority" over them.

We do not condemn people either for having a social security number. We understand the difficulty of not having one better than most. But Ordained Ministers of the Church waive their right to Social Security benefits on entering an Order for several reasons including Christ's position on Corban.

Social Security systems are Corban systems like that of the Pharisees who thought they were following Moses but were missing the mark. There is a solution and there is a test. Join us on the Network and seek the answers of Christ.

RESOLUTION

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives on the ratification of the United Nations Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Whereas the United States is, by many accounts, one of the world’s wealthiest countries;
Whereas the United States is also a land of stark inequality;
Whereas in 2017, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights found that among nations in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the United States “ranked 35th out of 37 in terms of poverty and inequality”;
Whereas the United Nations Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights also found that 40 million people in the United States live in poverty, the United States ranks 36th in the world “in terms of access to water and sanitation,” and Americans can expect to “live shorter and sicker lives compared to people living in any other rich democracy”;
Whereas poverty and inequality are not inevitabilities;
Whereas poverty and inequality are choices made by people in power;
Whereas every American has the right to just working conditions, quality healthcare, an excellent education, healthy food, and safe housing;
Whereas the United States Government can and should be held accountable by Americans and the international community for ensuring these rights for all Americans; and
Whereas to guarantee this accountability, the United States must ratify the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that the Senate should give its advice and consent to the ratification of the United Nations Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Economic, social, and cultural rights include the human right to work, the right to an adequate standard of living, including food, clothing, and housing, the right to physical and mental health, the right to social security, the right to a healthy environment, and the right to education.

House Resolution 6666 TRACE

House Resolution 6666 of 116th Congress, May 1, 2020, is known as “COVID–19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act”. It is meant to "authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes." It is in the Committee of Energy and Commerce.

They intend the Authorization of appropriations of a $100,000,000,000 for the fiscal year 2020 alone.

There seems that at least 45 cosponsors, all Democrats
