The kingdom is not in the hearts of people who are not sacrificing daily in a genuine effort to seek a Kingdom of God with a righteous fellowship and communion.
In more ancient times that sharing of bread was not merely a token communion but the the actual performance of a duty to our fellow man and God. The welfare of society in a time of mutual or individual need was the practice of Religion before the definition of the word Religion was changed. The Eucharist and Corban of the early Church was the welfare of their society and community.
Christian fellowship was not just a "friendly association, especially with people who share one's interests" or showing up at your Church building professing the same ideas about God which has become the new self-serving definition of Religion.
To "drink the blood of Christ and to eat His body" is to eat of the LORD's supper and the LORD's benefits provided by faith, hope and charity in a network of believers who gather in the perfect law of liberty in a communion of charity rather than the benefits and rewards of Benefactors who exercise authority - the Fathers of the earth which offer the welfare of the world which is a snare.
If people are not freely giving and receiving in a Daily ministration provided by the freewill sacrifices of the congregations can they really be the "we" or "us" Paul is talking to?
Who are the peculiar people that are truly seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness?
Who are the people in a real Christian fellowship and participating in the communion of Christ?
Those who may enjoy the Eucharist of Christ are also setting the table of the LORD by giving in the NAME of Christ.
Come to serve
To come in the name of Christ is to come to serve.[3]
If there is no communion that serves the needs of the people there is no congregation of God... without communion there is no fellowship but only wafers of delusion. But there can be the hope of congregations.
It is a worship service[4] if there is actual service performed.[5] Lip service is not true services.
If the people are not gathering, providing and supporting one another in a networking body of mutual love and care in such a supper of righteous benefits then they have need of repentance.
