Acts 6:3 "Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business."

The business they were talking about was the business of the Church. To "Feed His sheep" includes a Daily ministration through the practice of Pure Religion as opposed to the Covetous Practices of the World.

These Seven Men were and are very much a part of the ministry of God on earth. They are the Benefactors who exercise Charitable Practices and with the help of the Congregation of the Apostles. The Order they formed not of the World was essential in the appointments of ministers of His Kingdom at hand. Together these men provide a valuable function that brings the people together in a Network of Sacrifice and love.

This requires ministers who work together not in self righteousness but seeking the righteousness of God in service. Jesus came to serve and gathered a congregation of ministers to do just that and gathered to the people in groups of Tens.

Everything should be established with two or more witnesses of good report.

The phrase honest report is from the Greek word martureo [1]

The Greek word martureo means "to be a witness" in word and deed and appears in the Bible some 79 times:

Matthew 23:31 Wherefore ye be witnesses <3140> unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
