Welcome to His Church at New River. This kingdom of heaven government office currently serves two Declared Elders, who are serving in their respective regions of Hawaii and Washington. HCNR especially serves the region of Southern Oregon, but the regions of service for the daily ministration touching real people, face-to-face, may extend to the entirety of Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Hawaii. The ministry of HCNR extends to the entire region of North America, and to the farthest reaches in the world where the Almighty leads His people to present the everlasting Way of Life which is affirmed by the Father, Son and Holy Ghost after the suffering Son of God proclaimed "It is finished".
The Minister of Record serving at His Church at New River was elected by the freewill choices of the Declared Elders. They congregate by their own free will, by use of modern equipment. Although each one desires to gather at a physical table, the great distances of travel to a common location make it impractical. We rejoice in the breaking of bread together by feeding our souls with the Word of God. May God bless the diligence of each one who brings "a psalm, ... a doctrine, ... a tongue, ... a revelation, ... an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying." (1Cor. 14:26) and vs.40 "Let all things be done decently and in order." May God bless each one who yields to serving in God's kingdom, especially as they serve in the God-ordained family in which they daily reside. May the bread that is graciously received become the bread that is "cast... upon the waters." (Eccl. 11:1) It is more blessed to give than to receive.
In it all, God be glorified, and pray that these who freely congregate and assemble will be: As a small and selfless segment of the heavenly family which is named after Christ, each one ministering grace, by giving testimony of the mighty works of God in their life, through the working of the Holy Spirit in the personal life, based upon the grace and the measure of faith given each one from the hand of the Almighty ... by edifying one another in love ... by being given to hospitality. As representatives (ambassadors) of the kingdom of heaven on the earth, each one pursues pressing onward by freewill choices to manifest, more and more, the Way of Jesus Christ, so that the world may eat and drink the refreshing faith, hope and charity on the table and flowing from the body and blood of the Christ for the corrupted world (even while they were yet sinners).

Welcome to His Church at New River (HCNR). A freewill assembly.

A declared elder is simply one who represents a household. Most often, this household is a natural family, but other arrangements are also a household, and we each represent some aspect of a family ... even if you are single.

Diligence is surely a right step toward good health in your personal life and in your household. A lack of order in the home brings at least some disorder to an assembly of ones from different families, but that does not stop us from gathering. We gather to help one another. We learn together.

HCNR and the congregation it serves seek to learn about the will of our Creator. By grace from the Creator, we each may pursue a life of meaning, helping those around us in accordance to a practice of faith in what the Creator asks us to do. The office of HCNR and the congregation gathered around that office work for whatever the Creator perceives as peace on earth, goodwill toward men.

Biblical ideas are instructions which show the attentive individual how to be a living sacrifice. The bread from the Father in heaven, that is obtained by faith and through diligent efforts, is bread which can be "cast... upon the waters" (Eccl. 11:1), for purposes of the daily ministration (Acts 6:2). It is more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35). Spirit-led principles drive effective ministry in His Church and among congregants who interact with His Church, including a ministry to help in cases of emergency. Principles of ministry include:

" ... given to hospitality" (Romans 12)
" ... edify one another" (Romans 14; I Thessalonians 5)
" ... consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works" (Hebrews 10)
" ... let us have grace" (Hebrews 13)
" ... edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers." (Ephesians 4)

" Help the widows and orphans (James 1;23)

Love (Greek word is agape): divine, self-sacrificial good works to serve and meet real needs of those around us; this type of love is gently flowing from a heart that is content to follow the Creator's design in all things. How many desire to be clothed with this love?

What is Hospitality? My studies indicate it is the result of doing justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with your God in the presence of your fellow man (your neighbor). (see Micah 6:8)

His Church: A means of assembly, using ideas inspired from the Creator.

Each group which stands as a "His Church" includes aspects of a trust, using guidelines. It aims at providing help for more stability in personal lives and in communities.

In its practical aspects, a "His Church" is quite informal. It is where trust can be slowly built up, and team efforts can begin to happen for the sake of any whom the Spirit of God leads them to help. It works into a lifestyle, and it revives an ancient practice of caring for one another.
