It was written to the persecuted who were ofen plagued by detractors and deceivers to reveal the simplicity of this gospel of love and sacrifice and the naturalness of miracles by faith. This dialogue would unfortunately eventual be used by the church of Constantine to fuel theological debates and heresies the would bring the apostasy of division from the Holy Spirit through the doctrines of men professing the same.
