Nitsan-Parach is volunteering to serve as a PCM/MoRE, but does not yet have the two required "electors." Electing Nitsan-Parach to be your PCM/MoRE may enable him to better serve.

In practical ways. That strengthen. In every possible way. - both near and far. Congregating according to the pattern of the tens, (fifties), hundreds, and thousands is the ancient and proven way that facilitates just that. And that pattern is what is referred to, here, as gathering in "Congregations of Recorded Elders" (or CoRE) groups. It would be better not to dally in so gathering, but, as it is a serious matter and not to be taken lightly, you ought not to rush unduly either.
