The Purpose and Guidelines of Local groups

To bring people together in a living network. [1]

To create the perfect bonds of liberty necessary to maintain a viable network.

To form Congregations of Record which linked in Faithful Emergency Ministry Auxiliary during the decline and fall of the Roman Empire. [3]

Seeking that requires a steadfast and diligent participation of all those who join the network. Selfish people will not remain free.

Everyone will be expected to choose and elect someone to be their Personal Contact Minister and eventually form a Congregations of Record to be a part of the Living Network which is the purpose of these groups.
