Camping
The Lake of the Oaks Commons Area has lots of space for camping but no hook-ups, the Commons is a large field surrounding the Clubhouse.
If people would prefer to camp with hook-ups there are some campgrounds in the area:

PROPOSED Meals
The retreat grounds include a well-appointed kitchen with several roasters. Grocery stores are close by. Bring enough for you and some to share. Meals have always been very informal with everyone preparing their own and eating at their convenience. However, some have stepped forward to provide a little structure...
Friday Evening: Bud & Carol will be making a big pot of Beef & Chicken Gumbo for eating around the fire pit so those arriving on Friday won't have to worry about food. However, it might be good to have bread for soppin'.
