Collecting information on the city of Cheron, Mexico that kicked out the cartel, government and police almost a decade ago. They now govern themselves based on "ancient traditions used by ancestors in Spain before they came to Mexico."
Unfortunately, the producers of these videos tend to be antigovernment activists, so their time is spent heavily selling viewers on that idea. Details are sparse on the practical concepts being used by the people of Cheron for self-government.
