Externalities are a side effect or consequence of an industrial or commercial activity that affects other parties without this being reflected in the cost of the goods or services involved. But she is identifying and connecting the dots or side effects or consequences that do not exist and imagining a solution without taking into consideration the natural side effect or consequence of human nature.
