931 P.2d 770 (1997)

First, you have to get a small group of dedicated people and educate yourselves. The Article I wrote takes you through the history of cases surrounding this Section 22, links to those cases and the facts and even the judges opinions and notes.

If the group forms then they need to contact other business owners who have been injured then form a legal status so you can get donations and hire an attorney. With your new knowledge and a little backing you may find a dedicated attorney who will be willing to file in court.

There will be opposition because millions of dollars are at stake. Those funds are legal bribes being accumulated by candidates and office holders in campaign accounts. Much of the media will be against you. People will try to undermine your efforts but liberty is a product of perseverance and courage, not for the timid and faint of heart.

The skills and dedication of that small group and those who rally with them can become a focus for many who are just complaining on Facebook at this time. Some will stand with you. Some will support you but from behind the scene only. Some will come to work mischief.

We can network and get more people to come. There are those who knew about this but chose to turn a blind eye to righteousness to favor their friends in office but that is a loosing tactic.
