Some one asked

Hi Greg,
I was wondering if you had any comment on Standard Form 424. Supposedly this form is part of any contract for benefits from the Federal government. Anyone who accepts money from the Federal government must comply with the requirements of Standard Form 424. Look at the Adobe Form for any of the

SF-424 forms in the link below. It contains a long list of Federal laws that must be complied to if accepting money from the government. Number 18 is completely open ended.

Just as the corban of the pharisees makes the word of God to none effect any benefits applied for from men who call themselves Benefactors but exercise authority has a spiritual effect but it is the deep personal desire and intent of the individual that meters out that effect.

I have said there are codes within the codes.

The number 424 in the concordance is the word anerchoma from ana meaning "in the midst" and erchomai "of persons, to come from one place to another, and used both of persons arriving and of those returning"

The Grants.gov Form SF-424 has a OMB Number 4040-0004 which may have expired on 10/31/2019.

There is a word used once in the Bible at Luke 1:58 "And her neighbours and her cousins heard how the Lord had shewed great mercy upon her; and they rejoiced with her."

The word numbered 4040 perioikos is also from two words from 4012 peri meaning " about, concerning, on account of" from the base of 4008 peran mening "beyond, on the other side". The other half of the word perioikos is 3624 oikos can mean an inhabited house or all the persons forming a civil house.

The word perioikos only appears this once and is translated "neighbours".

There is another word 04040 mᵉgillah that only appears once and is translated "roll" in Ezra 6:2 "And there was found at Achmetha, in the palace that [is] in the province of the Medes, a roll, and therein [was] a record thus written:"
