Corporation

A Corporation from a statutory point of view is "a company or group of people authorized to act as a single entity (legally a person) and recognized as such in law."

A corporation can be defined more basically and in the simplest of terms as:

"Two or more people gathered together for a particular purpose as if they were one person under a preexisting authority."

By that definition a Husband and Wife who are married as one person^[1], and their off spring, the fruit of that natural union, are the original form of a corporation but we do not call them a corporation but a Family.

We see the word corporation coming from the Latin corporatio(n-) and from the Latin corporare ‘combine in one body’.

Many terms have a elements of natural definitions of other terms that can be used within their own descriptions and that description may depend upon a certain point of view. In all corporations there are elements of a trust but a trust in itself is not a corporation. There also elements of agency within a corporation. What is entrusted in a corporation may include certain unalienable Rights of individuals which are endowed upon or in them by their Creator. We know that that among these rights are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

But men also create and endow some of those individual rights upon their own creations. These creations are often corporate in nature and like the Golem of ancient folklore may develop a life of their own and even turn on their creator like the Frankenstein monster with a disastrous vengeance.

Modern Corporation

The modern term corporation is now a civil term while Family was the term used to describe the union of man and woman as Husband and Wife which was originally a natural domestic relationship, and not civil. Over the centuries governments have produced a civil relationship often called marriage that incorporates the natural domestic relationship into the province o the state.

The term corporation before the institution of Civil government was merely the result of natural contracts produced by agreement.

These natural relationships of trust and union by agreement and contract has granted power to the corporate state by uniting on civil contracts or social compacts under civil authority.

The autonomous Family in Nature holds a separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them. And a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should [Declaration of Independence|declare] the causes and consent which may create bonds of union or cause separations from other Families or Corporate states, barring the chains of debt.

When we bind our self by contract with or to the civil Fathers of the earth terms of Nature and Natural Law may continue to be used within these new realms of created law. The contract makes the law.

A corporation can be formed under different authorities. Most corporations we see today are formed under the authority of the States but there are others that can be formed under different authorities such as the Church or what might be called the Corpus of Christ.

The US Corporation

It has been suggested by some that "by passing the Act of 1871, Congress formed a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, shoved the organic version of the Constitution aside by changing the word ‘for’ to ‘of’ in the title."

They go onto explain that the "Founding Fathers" wrote ‘The Constitution for the united states of America.’ noting that neither the words ‘united’ nor ‘states’ began with capital letters. They go on to reason that the 'CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ is a corporate constitution, which is not the same document.

They go so far as to say things like this act "ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]." This of course is nonsense and irrational filled with ideas and concepts like The Matrix and the U.S. Constitution which we address in Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions.

Since our rights are endowed by our creator their is no act of congress or any other body that can remove those right. It would take some act of consent on our own part to end our access to natural rights.

Since natural rights are passed from generation to generation our parents can do things to bar our natural access to rights.

Is the United States as an entity created by the constitution written for its creation a corporation?

Those men called Founding Fathers did write the constitution for the states to ratify and empower. As it was presented it was for those States to unite in a common vote of ratification. Many don’t realize that the majority of the people in America were in opposition to the ratification of the Constitution for the United States, at the time of its creation by the individual States. Those States remained “as foreign to each other as Mexico is to Canada”,^[2] both before and after the Constitution.

Yes it does state in Title 28 USC § 3002 - Definitions

(15) “United States” means—

(A) a Federal corporation;

(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or

(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

But that is just stated that the Federal corporations created by the acts of the United States are a part of the United States.

What most of these people who say that the act of 1871 created a new corporate United States government that has enslaved the people do not understand is that the people of America were Not a party to the constitution for the united States or of the United States.

The United States created by this corporate charter called the Constitution was established in international law by the agreement of the States so that it could act and operate in international law. It was not for profit but it was for purposes listed in that Constitution. It had limited power and again the people were Not a party to it. But they were guaranteed the natural power of contract. The individual states and the individual people of America have changed their relationship to the United States.

It is easier to blame the present status of United States citizens on some group or act of congress rather than take a look at our own actions or sloth in producing the present state of freedom or lack of it in the world. The truth is the present state of things is the result of our own Covetous Practices, sloth and wantonness.

The corporate enemy

The enemy is us. Stop blaming others for what we have brought about. We have been cursing our children and biting one another for over a century in an ever growing socialist state. There is no wonder we have become Merchandise and a surety for debt.

That may not be what people want to hear but knowing the truth, the whole truth, and providing for it is the only thing which will break the chains we have already forged for ourselves.

Corporatism

Corporatism is not the same as Capitalism because it involves a political system and Capitalism does not.

corporatism: is a Political / Economic system in which power is exercised through large organizations (businesses, trade unions, their associated lobbying efforts, etc.) working in concert or conflict with each other; usually with the goal of influencing or subsuming the direction of the corporate state and generally only to benefit their own socioeconomic agendas at the expense of the will of the individual and the people in general, and to the detriment of the common good and the rights of the individual.

In the last half of the 1800's people in Europe who had accumulated vast areas of land held by some form of a corporation sole -- decided to protect their position and status through a process of syndication.

They formulate an alternative to socialism which would emphasize social justice without the radical solution of the abolition of private property. The result was called Corporatism, which was "the control of a state or organization by large interest groups". The basic idea of corporatism is that the society, its political system, and economy of a country should be organized into major interest groups (sometimes called corporations), and representatives of those interest groups settle any problems through negotiation and joint agreement. Variations of corporatism can lead to fascism.

The evil effects of corporatism can only flourish under the sloth of people in their pursuit of righteousness for all members of society.^[3]

If the people fail to actively come together in defense of the individual rights and property of, for and by one another then corporations, which are organized by a contractual agreement, will develop undue power and excessive influence.

The secondary problem, although no less important, is the nature of the government created by the people.

There is often a corporate nature or identity created by societies with the establishment of a "State". There are limitations and duties, checks and balances you want to establish whenever you begin the process of the formation of a "State" through Covenants, Contracts, and Constitutions.

There are five of these limitations and the duty to read them every day to the government in Deuteronomy 17 less they and we forget.

The problems today with inequality of outcome which are not the result of nature, personal ability and application are not the fault of capitalism.

Those who think capitalism is the problem often do not understand that capitalism is not a political system nor does it prescribe moral limitation.

Those characteristics are the added effects of society and must be established by the individual property owners. This limited scope of capitalism puts the responsibility of the defects arising out of capitalism where they belong, with the people.

The People as the Masses

The People become divide when they dissolve the social bonds of a free society through the covetous practices of the world.

They degenerate into the Masses becoming subject to tyrants and their morals.

The command to love of one another and love thy neighbor as thy self along with the golden rule should compel all within society to come together in practical ways for the protection of all. Failing to do so or to do so in diligent service to righteousness will undoubtedly empower corporatism to fill the vacuum created by such sloth and avarice of the people.

Corporations are almost always a pooling of power of individuals into a collective group and unfortunately, power corrupts.

If we want governments to change we must change. we must begin to repent and attend to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactors but who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.
