How does it really work?
From the beginning the liars have used part of the truth to create fear to destroy and devastate masses.
Fear not. There is a solution to overcoming the propaganda and liars of the world.
Both Jesus and Moses came to set the captive free.
Are the people of the world in need of another Exodus?
Moses was returning every man to his family and his possessions, restoring the right to choose as individuals with no king, president, or prime minister, where the people were the government of, for, and by the people.[1] This was called redemption. Jesus came to do the same. Have we been taught propaganda or the truth?
What is the truth of the gospel of the kingdom?
The Pharaohs, Cains, and Nimrods of the world create welfare systems that not only degenerate the masses but are a snare because their tables are filled with deceitful meats which return the people to the bondage of Egypt.

PROPAGANDA
The Definition & Legal Meaning:
- Propaganda. A message that is aimed at a specific audience that will try to change their thinking to that of the person releasing such propaganda. It will often contain disinformation to promote a certain view point in politics.
Propaganda is often used as a derogatory term describing "information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view."
The term is further defined as "the dissemination of propaganda as a political strategy."
- "The party's leaders believed that a long period of education and propaganda would be necessary"
Categories
Alfred and Elizabeth Lee classified seven major categories of propaganda:
(i) Name-calling, Saying someone is a racist, or a liar or wife beater or have ties to Russia or is a communist etc.
(ii) Glittering generalities, "Save our democracy", "Make America great", or "Born again".
(iii) Transfer, Claim that because something as an integral part of a larger cause that it must be accepted... like we need to do this to safeguard “people’s democracy” or "be Saved".
(iv) Testimonial, Endorsements.
(v) Plain-folk, "Just one of the people", "lives in a hut like Augustus Caesar".
(vi) Card-stacking, true facts are twisted and colored by the propagandist to suit their interest and impress listeners.
(vii) Bandwagon. Like "the wave", "everybody is doing it", "don't be left behind", "the polls show that".
These are appeals to feelings rather than to reason.
Legality
Propaganda is legal where ever there is free speech but it should not be allowed to be done by the government in a constitutional republic because it could hinder or obstruct or drown out the free speech of the people.
Anti-Propaganda Act of 1940
Title 10 U.S.C. 2241a - Prohibition on use of funds for publicity or propaganda purposes within the United States.
Anti-Propaganda Act of 1940 or Voorhis Anti-Propaganda Act(Public law: Pub. L. 76–870; took effect January 14, 1941) is a United States statute requiring the registration of organizations subject to foreign control while accomplishing activities in the United States. Foreigners do not have constitutionally protected rights so the government may interfere with their natural free speech and of course corporations have no natural rights.
This Anti-Propaganda Act was preceded by the McCormack Act of 1938[2] and the Hatch Act of 1939[3] and be substantiated with passing of the Alien Registration Act or aka. Smith Act of 1940.
Smith Act
The Alien Registration Act (June 28, 1940), popularly known as the Smith Act, 76th United States Congress(Pub. L. 76–670; Title 18 U.S.C. § 2385), broadly written, forbade any attempts to “advocate, abet, advise, or teach” the violent destruction of the U.S. government.
Again this was about foreign aliens and it set criminal penalties for advocating the overthrow of the U.S. government by force or violence, and required all non-citizen adult residents to register with the federal government.
In 1948 the national executive leaders of the U.S. Communist Party were charged with violating the Smith Act.
US Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948
Then there was the US Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948, popularly referred to as the “Smith-Mundt Act,” specifies the terms in which the U.S. government can engage in "public diplomacy". The phrase "public diplomacy" can become a euphemism for "propaganda" to foreigners.
Prosecution slowed when a series of U.S. Supreme Court decisions in 1957 reversed a number of convictions under the Act as being unconstitutional. The law has been amended several times and was not ruled unconstitutional.
U.S. International Broadcasting Act of 1994
The U.S. International Broadcasting Act of 1994, which authorizes the agency to create programs for foreign audiences may allow propaganda. The Agency is not authorized to begin broadcasting or to create programming for audiences in the United States but I am not sure how the propaganda allowed abroad may not come back to the United States.
Hatch Act Modernization Act of 2012
By signing an act referred to as the Hatch Act Modernization Act of 2012 President Barack Obama did legalize something. This Hatch Act Modernization was established by signing the National Defense Authorization Act in 2013 (NDAA).
There were amendments which did not repeal the Smith-Mundt Act, but has been referred to as Smith-Mundt Modernization Act.[4]
Legalize a loophole
It should be clear that the government cannot legalize propaganda for US citizens without violating the constitution.
But if we read Section 501 of the Smith-Mundt Act as amended in 2013 allowing a government Agency to make program materials available domestically, upon request.[5] So, this does allow "public diplomacy information programs" produced for foreigners to be disseminated within the United States and funded with tax dollars at the "request" of private corporations.
Private media and many politicians can engage in propaganda as they are often the enemy in the gate.
The government enlisting Twitter, Facebook, Google or any corporate media is a violation of the constitution and the very definition of fascism but if the media request to publish and broadcast what the government produced for dissemination abroad then it may be considered by many to be okay.
It is clear that it did lift restrictions on the domestic dissemination of government-funded media which may include what some people would like to call "propaganda" but only at the "request of domestic media".
So, to say that Obama legalized state funded propaganda will undoubtedly be fact checked because of this clever deceitful wordsmithing.
The amendment did make it possible for some materials created by the U.S. Agency for Global Media, the nation’s foreign broadcasting agency, to be disseminated in the U.S. but only at the request of the domestic media. They will tell you that under the new law, it is still against the law for government-funded media to create programming and market their content to U.S. audiences.
The wicked
- "Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness." Exodus 23:1
So, the problem today is not "public diplomacy" verses "propaganda" but morality verses immorality.
So, this begs the question, "Where has all the morality gone?"
Well of course a hundred years of legal charity has done its part to sear the conscience of the people so that they do not recognize the covetous practices of the welfare State when that abyss stares back into them.
- “Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.” Nietzsche, Beyond Good and Evil: Prelude to a Philosophy of the Future (1886), Chapter IV.
If we couple these quotes with Matthew 5:39 "But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also" we may began to understand how to overcome the propaganda of lies.
We will have to continue in the whole context of Christ including:
Matthew 5:43 "'Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more [than others]? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
Origin of propaganda
The origin of propaganda can go back to the garden when "... the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:" Genesis 3:4. Bit as a more modern idea or concept goes back to as early as the 1600,.
Originally the term pro paganda came from "a committee of cardinals of the Roman Catholic Church responsible for foreign missions, founded in 1622 by Pope Gregory XV."[6]
The use of propaganda , which by definition is lies, which consists of information that is twisted often just limiting or censoring information, since the most effective lies are through omission, was common throughout our history, or at least since we chose to eat of the tree of knowledge.
If we are also willing to deny the truth of our own error then our emotions will become more dominant than Right Reason. This is why "propaganda is most effective when it appeals to feelings.[7]
This is this why there is a dominance in society of people having a seared conscience which will degenerate the people setting them up for the Mass formation of psychosis.
That psychosis can be past from generation to generation.
"PSYOPS or Psychological Operations: Planned operations to convey selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign governments, organizations, groups, and individuals. The purpose of psychological operations is to induce or reinforce foreign attitudes and behavior favorable to the originator's objectives. Also called PSYOP."[8]
The video shared here is essentially propaganda because:
- "Propaganda is a form of communication aimed towards influencing the attitude of a population toward some cause or position."[9]
We are confronted with an age old question of what is the truth?
The video:
- Presents evidence of propaganda to justify war in the minds of the people who must give up their sons and even their daughters.
- It talks about the coup by Federalists like Hamilton over the Articles of Confederation.
- It mentions the form of government established by the five Indian nations as if there had been no better system ever established.
- Loyalty to country or nation, institutions or nationalism, family, individual or something not mentioned righteousness.
- Democracy limited by Jefferson to protect the property owner or democracy that guarantees equality but does not define how that equality is confirmed.
- What seems unaddressed is it done by force or another way?
- Democratic Economic equality?
- Consumerism and the focus on a system of things instead of love of one another.
- Basically they admit there will always be propaganda which is the result of the right of free speech among imperfect people.
That imperfection can only be understood by virtuous people. So who really presents the real solution?
